0MB memory and 0 routes on Cloud Foundry trial account

Hello,

In order to evaluate Mendix, I followed the instructions in this page to setup a trial Cloud Foundry space - https://www.sap.com/developer/tutorials/mendix-onboarding.html

The trial account should come with 1GB of memory, 20 routes and 20 services. However, my trial account has 0 MB memory and 0 routes because of which I am unable to create a test app in Mendix.

My trial account is S0007723801trial. Can you please help me figure out how to get the memory and routes added to my Cloud Foundry space?

Hi Koti,

probably your entitlement is not assigned to this subaccount you are using. On the page where you took the screenshot please click on S0007723801trial in the middle towards the top, then you are on Global Account level and there you click on Entitlements on the left. For "Application Runtime" probably nothing is assigned to the subaccount you are using. Please click on edit and assign your Entitlement of "Application Runtime" to the subaccount you are using.

All the best,

Sven

Hi Sven,

Thanks, this solved the issue. We need to add the Application Runtime Entitlements.

Hi Koti,

Do you have only one subaccount or you have several one?
In case of you have more, do you have the same issue with all of them?

Best regards,
Szabolcs

Hello Szabolcs, there is only one subaccount. The subaccount (trial) and its space (dev) was automatically created when I setup the trial account.

If anyone is still facing this issues the solution is to add service Cloud Foundry Runtime in your entitlements

Why SAP did this? Any Idea? Because of it we are not able to deploy the applications. Will it be permanent or temporary?
