0customer_attr standard extractor not supported delta mode.

Hello bw experts,

I have a requirement for standard extractor 0customer_attr, these extractor support the delta enable mode but these these extractor not fetching the new created records. i have check the delta process(E Unspecific Delta via Extractor). Can any one please suggest me how can i fetch the newly entered records and how to change the Delta process.

Can you please provide more details?

If you change a customer or create a new one, after you will execute the infopackage delta for 0CUSTMER_ATTR and these records aren't loaded?
