I’m happy to share with you some updates regarding the latest product release of SAP Conversational AI in October:
Feature of the month #1 ⭐Configurable Bot Testing
Improve your bot's conversation quality by testing user expressions in a heartbeat! With our new Test tab, you can configure test cases easily and monitor the accuracy of your bots whenever new changes are made to their skills and intents. This feature is available for Enterprise Edition users only. Watch the video below or follow our tutorial to learn more!
Feature of the month #2 ⭐Improved Chat Console
Debug conversations faster with this enhanced way to test working scenarios for your chatbots! Our improved chat console enables bot developers to see messages the way end-users will see them live, by leveraging the SAP Conversational AI Web Client interface.
Enhanced lists, cards & buttons
Offer a personalized and seamless user experience! Add enhanced functionalities to existing message formats like Lists, Cards, and Buttons when using the SAP Conversational AI Web Client. Use variable scripting to add more properties to these messages.
Save your time at bot building by managing remote service calls in a central place and maintain details separately per environment! Leverage aliases to manage easily your connections to external systems and shared them across bot actions.
Keep your data safe while working as a team. As an organization admin, you can assign users permissions for all the tabs under Monitor - Log Feed, Usage Metrics, Training Analytics, and Conversation Logs.
As a bot owner or an org admin, you can choose not to store your users' chat data in the platform. Consequently, no data will be visible in the Monitor tab.
Customize your bot's responses by assigning JSON objects to memory fields or to client data messages. You can use handlebar scripts allowing assignment of dynamic structures and JSON validation.
You can use OAuth tokens as a new way to authenticate API requests for both new and existing bots. OAuth tokens improve platform security and enhance traceability of modifications by bot developers.
