Feature of the month ⭐ New Disambiguation Skill
Improve the usability and the accuracy of your chatbots! We have introduced a new skill that handles end-user disambiguation in case a bot identifies multiple skills to be triggered. Resolve ambiguities during chatbot conversations, configure disambiguation dialogs for your end-users and detect the need to disambiguate between skills, entities, or entity values.

Custom Enrichments for Gold Entities
Fine-tune the information extracted from your end-users' sentences by assigning custom enrichments to a gold entity, using mapping or URL. The custom enrichment assigned to a gold entity is version-specific and needs to be maintained individually for each version of your bot.
Test your chatbot and manage your environments in a more efficient way! When you create a new bot or a version, this setting is applied to all bot versions that do not have an environment assigned. This helps you to decide which environment settings to use when testing a new version using version request token or Chat Preview, without actually deploying the version to an environment.
Your chatbots are real time-keepers! The natural language understanding (NLU) of SAP Conversational AI has been enhanced so that a chatbot can understand the time interval that is based on the semantic date range control in SAP Fiori UI and translate it to the time interval that is being referred to.
As announced last month, you can now use OAuth tokens as a new way to authenticate API requests for both new and existing bots. OAuth tokens improve platform security and enhance traceability of modifications by bot developers.
