Release Highlights
- Enterprise Planning
- User Collaboration
Enterprise Planning
Plan Process Management – Display and Management of Task Dependencies within Gantt Chart
Users can now draw a new dependency line between events via drag and drop in the Gantt Chart. A dialog will popup where users can refine the dependency settings and create a dependency. In addition to drawing out dependencies, it is also possible to draw lines to start by parent process start conditions. Display and management of task dependencies within the Gantt Chart improve visualization and the ability to model new dependencies.

Work with Calendar Events You Created.

Plan Process Management – Enhanced Deletion of Calendar Events
Owners of calendar events can now delete events and remove them from the calendar of any involved people. When a process is removed, a list of affected events will pop up for review for more guidance and quality control. This will ensure there are less distractions from already removed and therefore irrelevant events in the calendars the users involved.

Work with Calendar Events You Created.

User Collaboration
Option to Change Resolution of Exported PDF/PPT
Users can now choose a resolution for PDF and PowerPoint files shared via email that best fits the purpose of publication. The default page resolution for story exporting is 1920 x 1080, but through the file settings users have greater flexibility to select a different resolution. For the scheduled publications that are in progress, changing the page resolution settings is disabled.
