As announced via this blog, SAP Cloud ALM, tenant extensions are now available for customers. This means that customers can procure as many tenants as they need.

For SAP Cloud ALM for Service, most content, including

  • which services will be delivered
  • what the results of these deliveries were
  • what the identified actionable items were

is sent into your tenant from SAP as explained in this blog. You as a customer have the option the decide for which of your customer numbers service information should be sent to which of your SAP Cloud ALM tenants (via tenant mapping).

SAP Cloud ALM, tenant extensions, are NOT available for tenant mapping. That means only standard SAP Cloud ALM tenants can receive service information from SAP.

In all SAP Cloud ALM, tenant extensions:

  • The "Service Delivery Center" will not contain any data.
  • The "Issues and Actions Management" app will not contain any data.

Customers using SAP Cloud ALM, tenant extensions, can only use their standard SAP Cloud ALM tenants for managing their service deliveries and working with the issues and actions identified during service deliveries.
