We are excited to announce that the the planned transition from the SAP Enterprise Support Reporting Cockpit to the new SAP for Me reporting has been completed and now the new interactive analytical  Customer Insights dashboard in SAP for Me is fully replacing the SAP ES reporting cockpit.

SAP ES reporting cockpit was originally created for the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and has being displayed embedded into SAP for Me starting from May 2023. At the same time we have been steadily developing the successor  - The 'Customer Insights' reporting dashboard' in SAP for Me, which has already been live since September 2023. The new Customer Insights dashboard offers far more upgraded features with a user-friendly interface, extended data, combined deployment approach, and enhanced performance. The development has been done  in close collaboration with customer user group and based on customers' feedback.

SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit will be sunset by the end of June 2024.  Starting from the 1st of July all users accessing SAP Enterprise Support Card in "Services & Support" dashboard will be re-directed to the "Customer Insights" reporting dashboard in SAP for Me.

Going forward, all updates, changes, and improvements will be incorporated solely into the "Customer Insights" dashboard, emphasizing its importance and long-term functionality. We highly encourage you to use and familiarize yourself with this new feature and provide us with your invaluable feedback. This will help us make further improvements to the reporting system designed for you.

To access the new dashboard, make sure your S-user possesses the 'Display Support Situation Reporting' authorization, which can be provided by your super administrator. For more details kindly refer to this KBA.
