Companies are looking for ways to foster tighter collaboration between procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to increase connectivity for a more integrated supply chain. Vadhi explains how digital supply chains allow employees to gain visibility into global inventory, which can aid decision making in a remote working environment. Jay also reminds us of the importance of reflecting on the lessons we’ve learned, reimagining how we want to be as individuals and an organization, rethinking everything we do, and reusing and repeating things at scale.
