In this webcast, experts from PwC will provide a short overview on the new EU regulations which heavily impact the field of ESG and explain the relevance for their client’s IT and data infrastructure.
These recent ESG reporting regulations by the European Union (EU) have a significant impact on companies established in EU Member States. From 1 January 2024, companies meeting specific criteria, including a net turnover of 40 million euros, total assets of 20 million euros, and 250 or more employees, are required to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy. Thus, approximately 15.000 companies across various sectors will be affected, making it essential for organizations to understand and address these regulations effectively.
