Background Information
Previously, Cloud ALM for Service contained an application called "Service Explorer". In time when the list of upcoming services was not yet known inside Cloud ALM for Service, purpose of this application was to check whether the customer had a service delivery for an SAP Operations Health Check or an SAP Accelerated Optimization Service scheduled and, in case such a service delivery was scheduled, to allow access to analysis tools required for the delivery of these two services.
Since the introduction of the Service Delivery Center it is no longer required to have a separate application for verifying if a customer has a specific service delivery scheduled. This can simply be verified by checking the list of service deliveries available in the Service Delivery Center.
Additionally, access to all analysis tools relevant for customers now happens via the respective service delivery details in the Service Delivery Center. Thus, it is not necessary to have a separate application to provide access to these tools.
Since the functions that were previously contained the in Service Explorer app are now available in the Service Delivery Center, the Service Explorer app has been retired.
What you need to do
Nothing. Just be aware that there is no longer a tile called "Service Explorer".
