Hello SAP Single Sign-On SCN Community,
The SAP Single Sign-On is a consolidated security product, and its already in its third release version.
Until now, if you face a problem with the SAP Single Sign-On product, the resolution could pass through one or more "channels":
- own expertise;
- SCN //wiki assistance;
- SAP Help documentation;
- SAP Support incident;
- onsite consulting.
The Project: Virtual Round Tables
We started a project that expands the list: why not have SAP experts discussing one specific topic in a "virtual" meeting room?
The SAP Single Sign-On is one area/product that is taking benefit of this new approach.
The idea of a Virtual Round Table is to gather customers to discuss and share experiences of a specific topic from a specific area with SAP experts to answers questions and provide clarification about the topic being discussed.
The topic:
The first topic that will be discussed in the Virtual Round Table is: Single Sign-On for SAP Fiori with SAP Single Sign-On.
In the past months I could observe that more and more authentication questions regarding SAP Fiori are being submited in this SCN space, I will present the most common authentication scenarios for Fiori Apps such as SAML 2.0, SPNego, X.509 certificates and SAP Authenticator.
How can I join the session?
In order to join the session you must have a S-User. The session will be only for customers and there will be 20 seats available.
It is not required to have prior SAP Fiori or SAP Single Sign-On experience, however if you have we will be glad to hear your experiences and challenges with both products.
Soon we will disclose the next steps to attend the round table for those that are interested.
