The most important enhancements were the support of the newly announced Power10 hardware, but there were also other enhancements to the database and operating system. You can get a quick overview over the enhancements for IBM i 7.4 at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-i-74-tr5-enhancements and for IBM i 7.3 at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-i-73-tr11-enhancements. A general entry point for the various Technology Refreshes with their enhancements can be found at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1119129.

The SAP Support Required PTF Lists, formerly known as Information APARs, have been updated to include these new levels. Together with the Technology Refreshes and the Db2 for i PTF groups, the cumulative PTF packages and the High Impact/Pervasive PTF groups were updated.
