What's Up and Coming in 2010
2010 will see a number of enhancements and new features for SAP NetWeaver Identity Management.
In January, we released SP stack 4 for SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, which includes functional and performance enhancements for the Identity Center, user interface enhancements for custom code, as well as enhanced integration capabilities for SAP BusinessObjects Access Control, SAP's GRC solution. In early summer, SAP plans to release the first Enhancement Package for SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, which will contain the Identity Provider functionality for SAML 2.0-based single sign-on.
Finally, at the end of the year, we'll head into ramp-up for the brandnew release 7.2. New and improved features will include the areas of role management, identity federation, and reporting.
