Our Lab wins the prestigious award for the fourth time, and the study itself is organized by Aon Hewitt in Bulgaria for the eight year. We are really proud of this award as our development center entirely relies on teamwork as the leadership team together with all colleagues work tirelessly for the success of the company and our customers. Our colleagues are the driving force for our growth and development. Only the best employees can make the Best Employers!
Rankings are formed on the basis of assessments by employees of different companies. In the 2014 Bulgaria survey participated 56 companies from 12 industries. Nearly 14,600 employees and 384 top managers completed the Aon’s survey. In the category for medium and large companies, in which we won, participated organizations with over 250 employees.
Statistics from the survey show that in 2014 the average employee engagement by Best employers was 83%. The engagement remains relatively stable, it increased by one percentage point from last year. The study clarifies that Best Employers are better than others because of the reputation of the company, the attitude of top management and the appreciation towards people. Besides that best employers characterize with recognition and additional benefits they provide for their employees. We celebrated the award in a proper manner. Such a big achievement deserves a very special, big and delicious cake!
