
The series of SAP Enterprise Support Customer Days, covering onsite events in nearly all EMEA countries will be complemented by a first-time EMEA-wide virtual SAP Enterprise Support Day taking place on September 5, 2012.
With this virtual SAP Enterprise Support Day we want to ensure that every customer in this region has the possibility to get the latest and greatest information about the SAP Enterprise Support offering.
Again we will demonstrate and explain the value of SAP Enterprise Support in different sessions. Our customers will have the unique opportunity to learn more about how to run like never before with the help of SAP Enterprise Support. They can easily attend from their home locations and choose their preferred language (English, German, French or Russian) for each session.
The day will provide keynotes in four languages in the morning to highlight essential aspects of SAP Enterprise Support. After that we will offer different sessions to give our customers the chance to learn more about the topics that are most important to their business and needs. We will for instance have a session on the SAP Enterprise Support Academy in the morning. In the afternoon sessions on SAP Solution Manager, Business Process Improvement (BPI), SAP Rapid Prototyping for Mobile, SAP EarlyWatch Alert, and Remote Supportability for Analytic Applications will follow.
Altogether all these different sessions will enable our customers to learn how to leverage full potential for their business and IT operations.
