If you are a new SAP Signavio customer, it can be overwhelming to find your bearings around the variety of SAP websites, documentation and platforms. With the huge number of texts, videos and other materials available on SAP Signavio, it can be hard to find the right information. If you can find it at all.
That's the reason we have created the Onboarding Resource Center (ORC), to give you a single access point to find all relevant resources and information about SAP Signavio – well-structured and at a glance.
A video introduces you to the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. Right next to it you will find the link to our onboarding webinars. Click the button to see the overview of monthly webinar sessions and find the recordings and presentations from previous sessions.
On top of a welcome call, we organise product webinars so that you can delve deeper into the individual tools.
Join one of the upcoming sessions to get to know your customer success team and get an introduction to all of the main SAP Signavio resources.
Before setting up SAP Signavio, you should complete the administrative preparations. You will find the 5 most important steps in this section.
To access our customer portal SAP for Me, you need a so-called S-User ID. There is also the SAP Universal ID for unified access across various SAP websites. You will learn how to obtain these two IDs in this section of the Onboarding Resource Center.
SAP Signavio is characterized by outstanding support when it comes to clarifying technical questions, solving problems and setting the right configurations. If you are new to the SAP world, you may find it difficult to use the support system at the beginning – we’re here to help you.
Once you have an S-User ID, you can create SAP for Me technical support tickets or access invoices. We have prepared a short video guide on how to create tickets so that your ticket can be directly assigned to the right team and your case can be quickly resolved.

Not all users are allowed full access in the SAP Signavio workspace. Each user has different access rights and roles. How the role concept and user management works is explained here.
