Customer workforce management needs are growing – SAP with WorkForce Software partnership has delivered the next set of integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform, Cloud Integration.

Challenges as seen with the SAP Built integration package:  SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration with Third Party Time Vendor-WorkForce Software(WFS...

  1. No support for Global Assignment/Concurrent Employment use cases.

  2. No support for WorkForce Software REST based Person API

  3. Customers are not leveraging WorkForce Software Integration Platform within the SAP built integration package.

  4. SAP Built Integration package needs configuration effort to get the data into other modules of WorkForce Software.

    • Need for enhanced scalability of using the REST based Person API on WorkForce Software Integration Platform.
