There’s momentum building for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) awards in 2023 which shows no signs of abating at the half-year point. In a busy first six-months of the year, awards were received from TrustRadius, starting with three “Best of” awards that were soon followed by two of their esteemed “Top Rated” awards. And with awards made based on impartial and unbiased customer feedback, these have all been highly prized by a happy and grateful SAP BTP team here at SAP.
The hot news in June 2023 however came from G2, who awarded SAP BTP three Summer 2023 badges based on their reports for the Cloud Platform as a Service category, for being an Overall, Mid-Market and Enterprise leader.
G2 scores products and vendors based on reviews gathered from their user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. They then apply an algorithm to this data to calculate the customer Satisfaction and Market Presence scores in real time, showcasing these results in market reports, and assigning badges accordingly. And with reports refreshed at regular intervals, based on up-to-date user reviews constantly available at the G2 website, readers can rest assured that the badges they see are an accurate reflection of current customer sentiment towards their chosen platform or solution.
