To help you get started in the best possible way, we have established a regular live onboarding webcast. Normally, every first Tuesday of the month, the SAP Signavio Customer Success Team offers a 30-minute Zoom webcast to give you a clear roadmap. Afterwards, there will be plenty of time to ask your individual questions. You can register here.

Afterwards we will show you where to find best practices, e-learnings and trainings to get familiar with SAP Signavio products, use the software productively and start your business transformation journey.

Administrator concept
The administrator takes a leading role within your company to manage the SAP Signavio products and to give other employees access to them. The admin is also responsible for creating support tickets when necessary. In the webcast, you will learn how to access our support ticket system and how to request the administrator role.
