Hi RAP developers,
RAP business events are here! With this new solution for asynchronous communication, which is natively included into the RAP architecture, you can now trigger follow-up processes for significant changes in your RAP business object.
You can provide events and consume events with your RAP BO: As event provider, you define an event in the behavior definition, raise it in the behavior implementation and create an event binding, which maps the event to a namespace, a business object and a business object operation. A RAP BO can consume released events with an Event Consumption Model that establishes design time consumption of an event from the SAP Event Mesh.
