How to set up a custom Icon for your Thing Based UI?

In this very short blog post I just want to give you an idea how to define the icons as you know them from the SAP Business Objects also for your own Thing Based UI's.

After generating the Thing based UI's for your screen, the only thing you need to do is to configure the TT (ThingType). You open it with the UI Designer, switch to the controller and and configure the settings ThingType Data like shown on the picture below:

Please clear your silverlight cache in order to see the changes:

btw: this is always a good idea if you don't see your changes immidiately :smile:
