Focused Build SP03 for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 for SAP Model Company customers appliance – Known Issues

This blog post covers a known issue for the "Focused Build SP03 for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 for SAP Model Company customers" appliance. When Model Company customers deployed this Solution Manager appliance and use it to go through Model Company content for Fit-Gap analysis, they may have below issue when trying to open the documents in Solution  Documentation:

Issue Description

When open the documents in Solution Documentation, it displayed 500 internal server error, check ST22 dump information in system, see below dumps:



How to Fix

1. Release all the TRs in SE09


2. Implement note: 2744265, 2750132


3. Perform SOLMAN_SETUP -> Process Management -> 4.1 Activate Services (don’t forget to assign a service user)

After implement above fix, you should be able to open the documents in Solution Documentation successfully.
