Overview

To achieve end-to-end business process transformation, we at Signavio want to cover the whole process and IT  landscape of our customers including SAP and also non-SAP systems.

I am happy to share the release of our out-of-the-box content for Salesforce connectivity to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence that you can use to perform process mining analysis on Salesforce processes.

We will go through where you can find the content and how to use it.

Check out content in SAP Business Accelerator Hub

Let's have a look on how you can get started.

The content is now available on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub. On the top left corner under "Explore", view the product "SAP Signavio":

You will see on overview of all APIs and integration packages available for SAP Signavio. This includes the newly released OData API in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence under the tab "API". Check out this blog to learn more. Go to the tab "Integration":

Now you can see all available integration packages for SAP Signavio. You can now select the integration package "Salesforce Integration to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence":

Once you enter the integration package, you will see the individual integration flows. Each integration flow has its purposes with the main goal to replicate business objects and the events of the business objects from Salesforce to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. Hence, as an example, you will see a dedicated integration flow to replicate the business object "Lead" and a dedicated integration flow to replicate its events called "LeadHistory":

If you go into one specific integration flow, you will be able to see the details of the integration flow on how each step of transformation, routing, data mapping, etc. is performed. You can also download the configuration guide that details out how to deploy this integration package in your SAP Integration Suite tenant as well as view the change log for changes between released versions:

Now if you want to use the content, log on to SAP Integration Suite and go to "Integrations" under the tab "Discover":

If you now search for "Salesforce", you will find all available content relating to Salesforce integration, including our new package for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence:

If you check out the package "Salesforce Integration with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence", you can additional details on the integration scenarios and which objects are included out-of-the-box. If you now want to use this package, simply click on "copy" on the top right corner to copy this integration package into your design area for further configuration and deployment.
