It is time again for SAP`s TechEd, our yearly event at which we present our latest innovations, products and solutions. This year`s sessions are classified into five content themes to help you Engage, Know, Run, Transform and Unlock Big Data in your Digital Transformation Journey. The "Engage" theme features sessions about SAP CoPilot, the new digital assistant for the enterprise.
SAP CoPilot helps you doing your work more efficient and even reminds you of things you may have forgotten. It communicates with you in natural language, offers relevant insights when you need them and enables you to converse with others within your business context.
To introduce you to SAP CoPilot we offer the full-day workshop “Design Thinking with SAP CoPilot: The Total Package” which wants to deliver knowledge and hands-on experience by
using design thinking methodologies. In this workshop you will get a detailed overview of SAP CoPilot and what makes him a true digital assistant. We will talk about capabilities, architecture and adoption options together with a lab preview of the product direction. You have the chance to identify
together with SAP experts potential use cases and elaborate on scenarios for end user personas in your company. Understand how these scenarios can be made more productive, effective and intuitive by using a conversational user experience and the help of a digital assistant. You will also learn how to actually bring these scenarios to life by building a design prototype for an example use case. During the session you will also get in contact with “Scenes”, a method and tool to create stories about products and services quickly, collaboratively and iteratively. It includes a set of pre-defined illustrations that can be combined physically or digitally to create a visual story.
The workshop will only take place once per location and have a maximum of 25 seats per course.
