The SAP Solution Manager extension “SAP IT Infrastructure Management” enables customers worldwide to manage and monitor their whole IT – from application layer down to separate infrastructure components. The software combines both application management and IT infrastructure monitoring and helps IT departments to reduce downtimes and to ensure service quality for their users.
Since the launch of SAP IT Infrastructure Management at the beginning of 2012 several customers have signed for implementing the new solution. One of our customers also did a nice presentation at the SAP Solution Manager meeting of the German SAP user group in Würzburg, Germany.

We were able to meet all of them with our standard package and are integrating them into SAP Solution Manager. The implementation will be finished soon. After that KAESER will be able to monitor their whole landscape with just one tool – SAP Solution Manager.
