With Intelligent RPA, there are many reasons why you are not able to capture a page. Here I shall try to get you up to speed so you can be up and running.
First things first, check if you have enabled the Intelligent RPA extension on your browser and it is the latest version found here.
If it is the latest make sure it is correctly set up by following these steps.
Now that you are able to see the captured page, you may find it all dark as shown above.
If this happens to you, it is because you have minimized the page. Make sure your page is set up at 100% and it is not minimized in other words it extends all your screen. Also make sure the zoom is set to 100% and follow these guidelines.
If you are still unable to see anything, try to capture the page using IE. If that is still not possible, please raise a BCP Ticket
on component CA-ML-IPA.
Capturing large web pages may take time. You can interrupt an ongoing capture by clicking the Stop Scanning button as shown above. In this case, the capture is not cancelled entirely, but will be only partially completed.
