My colleague and I recently had the exciting opportunity to present at SAP Inside Track, Bengaluru, on SAP Cloud Data Warehousing, specifically Data Warehouse Cloud. The anticipation leading up to the event, combined with the excitement of exploring something new, was truly thrilling. The event was held on Saturday, March 4th at SAP Labs India, where we received our ID cards and speaker t-shirts upon arrival. During the event, we also had the pleasure of meeting Sindhu Gangadharan, SVP & MD, SAP Labs India, as well as the Head of SAP User Enablement, with whom we had a brief connect.

The event kicked off with a keynote from Sindhu, where she discussed all the tracks and events that were scheduled for the day. Our presentation was scheduled as part of Track 5 and focused on Cloud Solutions from SAP, with our session running from 10:45 - 11:15. Before we took the stage, there was a session from the SAP team that provided an overview of Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), which set the stage for our topic. We focused on our experience using DWC to build the solution for our project and discussed the concepts of SAP Cloud Application Program Model, Machine Learning Integration in SAP DWC, and the application perspective of building objects and models using DWC. Additionally, we discussed reporting on the data using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), which offers the flexibility of both analytics and planning.

Following our presentation, we had a short Q&A session, during which people were eager to learn more about the concepts and the future of Cloud Data Warehousing. The feedback we received was encouraging and reinforced the importance of knowledge sharing in the community.

Overall, this was a one-of-a-kind experience that enriched our knowledge and skills. It's opportunities like these that allow us to connect with the community and engage in knowledge sharing, which we find incredibly valuable.
