
The Advanced Copy Planning Area in SAP IBP allows you to create a new planning area by copying an existing one, including its configurations and dependencies. 1. In the Model Configuration group, navigate to the Planning Areas Model Configuration area.
2. Select the source planning area, for example, TXX. From the toolbar on the top of the screen, choose the Copy link.
3. On the Copy screen, select the Create New with Dependencies option.
4. Enter the new planning area ID, Time profile, and target prefix.
5. New planning area created from copying existing planning area. (Time profile, Key figure, Attributes, Master Data Type and Versions are all copied)
1. Using the Time Profiles app, activate time profile.
a. In the Time Profiles app, choose your time profile and choose the Activate on the toolbar at the top right side of the screen.
b. Check the progress in the log. Refresh the screen, and the status changes to Active.
2. Create time periods for your T## time profile with the application job.
a. In the General Planner section, select the Application Jobs app.
b. Choose Create and in Template Selection select template Create Time Periods for Time Profiles.
c. In the Parameter section, choose your Time Profile ID and select Schedule.
d. Choose Go to refresh and check the job status. The time period are created according to time profile.

1. Using the Data Integration Jobs load data into I49CUSTOMER master data type.
a. On the SAP Fiori Home page of the Web UI, choose the Data Integration Jobs tile in the Administrator group.
