PPF Actions - A picture is worth a thousand words

This graphic save my work several times.

Some Transactions:

Transactions	Description
SPPFCADM	To define the Actions and Conditions,
SPPFDETCRM	To define the Schedule/Start Conditions, faster than SPPFCADM (You go directly to the right profile)
CRMC_ACTION_JOB	To execute the actions defined like "Selection Report"

To Schedule actions defined like "Selection Report" you can use the report "SPPFP"  or the program "RSPPFPROCESS"

I dont remember where I take the graphic, but I'm sure that belong to SAP
