New Beginnings: Introducing the Beyond SAP Cloud channel on YouTube

Wouter Lemaire and I attended SAP Insider Copenhagen 2024, where we had the chance to meet SAP Champion Abdullah Galal 🏅 . He introduced us to his excellent YouTube channel, which primarily covers SAP Finance topics. If you haven’t seen it yet, you can check it out here: @AbdullahGalal. His content is insightful and absolutely worth watching!

After our conversation, he inspired us to explore YouTube as a way to share our own knowledge. We realized it could help us reach a broader audience while staying true to what we love: sharing knowledge, learning, and growing together. His enthusiasm convinced us to take the leap—so here we are, launching our own channel!

Over the past few years, we’ve been conducting workshops with customers, focusing on best practices for governance and administration of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). We have a wealth of content to draw from, covering key topics on running SAP BTP efficiently from a customer perspective. This will be our initial focus for the channel, but we’re already brainstorming additional ideas. We also plan to invite SAP Mentors and other experts to join us in sharing valuable insights with the SAP community through our YouTube channel Beyond SAP Cloud.

Wouter and I have already had a blast recording the first videos, and we’re excited to gradually release them over time. The first batch will include an introduction video along with several short clips to kick off this new knowledge-sharing journey.
