I often get asked why SAP Signavio has two process analysis and mining solutions:  Process Insights and Process Intelligence. The answer is simple:

  • SAP has years of experience how customers run their solutions and has captured tons of recommendations and insights how to run better.

  • SAP customers can get those insights and recommendations out-of-the box with SAP Signavio Process Insights.

  • SAP and Non-SAP customers can model custom process analysis and extend the out-of-the box insights from SAP with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence using the Plug and Gain consulting service.
