If you tuned in last year (or before), you probably remember our monthly bite-sized innovation highlight videos – SAP BTP Innobytes, where we showcased the coolest new features in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Well, guess what? We’re back and better than ever in 2025, with even more enthusiasm and a demo-driven approach!

This year, we’ll be bringing you quarterly videos that dive deeper into SAP BTP innovations. While the videos will be a bit longer, they’ll be packed with demos to show these innovations in action and how they can help you achieve more.

To kick things off, we’re starting strong with our first video for Q1! Stay tuned for a closer look at all the exciting things we’ve been working on.

App Dev & Automation Highlights

Holistic Views Across Processes

For a holistic view across all processes, we have built dedicated Process Views for Requestors and Process Participants. These views provide information about running instances across multiple processes natively on top of Process or Workflow, without any external configuration.

Process Views has two views dedicated for Requestors and Process Participants named “My Requests” and “My Processes”.

"My Requests” application provides clarity to the Requestors on how their request fits into the workflow, the status of their request, and what actions (if any) they need to take as their request moves through the approval or fulfillment process.

The next application “My Processes” is dedicated to Process Participants like Approvers for example. Process Views help them easily track, understand, and make informed decisions about where their input is needed and how it fits into the larger workflow.

Process views are all about making complex workflows or progress status more digestible. It’s not just about having data; it’s about having the right type of view at the right time to make smarter decisions.

New Adapters for Cloud Integration

Today’s enterprises operate in a complex ecosystem of applications and platforms, which makes seamless integration more important than ever. With SAP Integration Suite, we make it easy to connect with over 250 applications, not just within SAP but also with a wide range of third-party systems.

We’re excited to announce the release of four new adapters for our Cloud Integration capability, which will help businesses streamline their integration processes even further. These adapters are now available on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub:

  1. IBM MQ Adapter
  2. Google Pub/Sub Adapter
  3. Azure CosmosDB Adapter
  4. Salesforce Pub/Sub Adapter

These new adapters can be easily consumed via the Integration Flow designer. The first time you select an adapter, it’s automatically imported and deployed to your system—making setup both straightforward and efficient. From there, you can quickly connect to your target systems by simply providing the necessary connection details.
