Exploring the SAP Signavio Lab Space is a valuable opportunity to experience the future of process management today. With a signed Test and Evaluation Agreement (TEA) in place, you can activate prototype applications and gain early access to innovative tools before they’re officially released. This allows you to experiment, provide meaningful feedback, and directly influence SAP’s product development. It’s a simple and cost-free way to try out cutting-edge features like “Text to Process”, helping your organization stay agile, forward-thinking, and competitive.
Give it a try it’s easier than you think and delivers real strategic value!

Step 1) Copy Your Workspace ID
You’ll need this to request access to Lab Space applications.

Step 2) Open the SAP Signavio Lab Space
Navigate to the Lab Space environment from your Signavio interface.

Step 3) Choose an Application to Test
Select one of the available experimental applications—for example, "Text to Process".

Step 4) Submit Your Request
Follow the on-screen instructions. If your email client does not open automatically, manually send an email to the provided contact. Be sure to include:

  • Your Workspace ID

  • A short note describing which application you’d like to test and why

Step 5) Send the Email
Make sure all information is accurate before submitting your request.

Step 6) Wait for Access & Start Exploring
After a review period, access will be granted and you can begin using the application.
