SAP Cloud ALM continues to evolve with new features that enhance project management, monitoring, and traceability.

Here are the top 10 highlights from the latest January 2025 update:

1. Job & Automation Monitoring:

New filters in the Analysis page to refine jobs and automation searches by Step/Executable, Executed By, and Scheduled By.

 2. Quality Gates and Requirements:

Spreadsheet uploads can now assign quality gates to project tasks and requirements to user stories.

3. Conflict Resolution Information:

Detailed conflict resolution information is available in the Check Details view.

 4. Checklist Management:
Teams can now be assigned to checklist items for better task accountability.

5. Quality Gate Status Filter:

A new filter for quality gate statuses has been added to the app.

6. Custom Solution Process Management:

Introduced a two-step deletion process using archiving to prevent accidental data deletion. Processes can be archived and later restored or permanently deleted.

7. Event Action Configuration:

Event Name and Service Type are now viewable in the event action configuration screen. Live Search can be used to find variants by these details.

8. Transport Check Results:

You can download check results of conflicting or missing objects in a single spreadsheet.

9. Test Case Images:

Inserted images in test cases are retained upon downloading and re-uploading the test cases.

10.System Groups Search:

In the System Groups tab, you can now search by system title or ID in the selection list for easier navigation.
