What Is the Transformation Advisor?

The Transformation Advisor is an experimental innovation feature designed to help SAP Signavio users identify, understand, and act on business challenges using data-driven process intelligence.
It extracts key challenges from documents such as financial reports or manual inputs and links them directly to relevant process flows, best practices, and improvement content within the SAP Signavio ecosystem.

By doing so, the Transformation Advisor closes the gap between strategic business context and operational process management, helping users translate insights into tangible actions with just a few clicks.

How It Works

1. Input: Upload a financial report or describe a business challenge. In the screenshots I used examples provided by SAP.

2. Challenge Extraction: The Transformation Advisor automatically identifies and summarizes key business challenges.

Optional Integration: Link a Process Insights tenant to enrich recommendations with process performance data. This is only possible if you have SAP Signavio Process Insights in use. 

3. Recommendation Generation: Receive tailored links to process flows, improvement opportunities, and innovation ideas. 

4. Export Results: Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders for further analysis and transformation planning.
