The Case for SAP BTP: The People’s Verdict

After a careful review of all the evidence submitted in the form of product reviews, G2 has announced the people’s verdict on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) in their 2024 Fall reports, and the news is good; SAP BTP has once again been identified by customers as a leader in the Cloud Computing Platforms, Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Database as a Service (DBaaS) categories.

This outcome of course is great news for SAP BTP and consistent with prior judgements, which have been determined using a robust assessment methodology designed by G2, indicating a strong level of customer satisfaction with this technology platform. But the question could now be asked, what are the compelling features and outcomes that customers experience when using SAP BTP, which makes the case for this technology platform so strong? The answer to this question is possibly best brought to light by an examination of some recent product reviews, in the customers’ own words.
