
My name is Michèle Weynandt and I’m Head of Product Management for Service Management Processes and Solutions. I'm supporting SAP’s digital transformation in after-sales and cloud operations across all lines of business at SAP impacting over 35,000 employees globally. My priorities reside in infusing all processes (customer service management, it service management as well as it operations management) with generative AI, as well as unlocking the power of agentic AI in this area by leveraging existing platforms at SAP including their data.
