SAP Signavio delivers significant advancements in usability, accuracy, and integration, empowering organizations to accelerate process modeling and improve end-to-end process management. The innovations listed below enable your process modelers to efficiently transform complex, text-based documentation into BPMN-compliant diagrams, establish seamless links with dictionary items, and maintain alignment across connected systems such as SAP Cloud ALM.
With extended input capabilities, interactive visualization, enhanced synchronization control, and expanded language support, this November 2025 release reinforces SAP Signavio’s commitment to driving process excellence, transparency, and global collaboration. Together, these enhancements streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enable organizations to make data-driven process improvements with greater confidence and precision.
Here is a summary of what the new November release brings to you:
AI-assisted process modeler enhancements
When working with complex diagrams that contain recurring data objects, activities, or IT systems, it can be challenging to pinpoint which specific element in the diagram corresponds to a given recommendation in the table. This often causes confusion and slows down the dictionary linking process.
This enhancement solves this by providing instant visual feedback, allowing process modelers to clearly see the connection between dictionary recommendations and the AI-generated process model. The result is a faster, smoother modeling experience that accelerates model enrichment and makes navigating even extensive lists of dictionary matches effortless and intuitive.

Accelerate your process modeling by transforming textual descriptions into Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams that seamlessly connect to your existing dictionary items. With this enhanced capability, you can now link AI-generated diagrams directly to custom dictionary categories, ensuring alignment across all repository elements.
This evolution not only reduces manual effort but also enhances consistency, allowing your modelers to focus on deeper analysis and continuous improvement. By automatically linking IT systems, organizational units, and other dictionary items, the feature improves standardization and ensures more accurate, cohesive models throughout your process landscape.

Valuable process knowledge is often buried within lengthy, context-rich documents such as user manuals, regulatory filings, or detailed operational reports. Extracting and modeling this information manually can be tedious, error-prone, and a major barrier to using existing documentation for process improvement.
Process modelers can now convert extensive process documentation directly into BPMN-compliant diagrams. The upgraded capability supports significantly longer texts and delivers more accurate, ready-to-use models, minimizing the need for manual rework. Modelers can now capture complex, end-to-end workflows in a single step and gain immediate clarity on process triggers and outcomes through automatically generated BPMN-standard start and end events.

Synchronize any revision of SAP Signavio process model to SAP Cloud ALM
Process managers can now synchronize any revision of an SAP Signavio process model to SAP Cloud ALM, expanding flexibility and control in process lifecycle management. Previously, only the latest revision of a process model could be synced. With this enhancement, users can select and synchronize any revision, whether older or newer than the one currently available in SAP Cloud ALM.

Migration from the classic connector to the new business process model connector
We are excited to announce the latest feature for SAP Signavio and SAP Solution manager integration: the migration from the classic connector to the new business process model connector. This feature is specifically designed for our customers who have previously utilized the classic connector productively. The new feature facilitates a seamless transition to the new version of the connector, while delivering enhanced functionality. The classic connector support and mainstream maintenance will continue until the end of March 2026. SAP recommends migrating to the new connector, business process model connector for SAP Signavio solution, before this date for uninterrupted service.
Using the migration feature in the new connector you will benefit from: seamless migration of data mapping, preserving essential configuration and moving of your synchronised data mapping to the new connector; intuitive user interface to manage the migration with comprehensive logs; flexible migration control, allowing users to review, adjust or accept migration results before continuing with standard synchronization via the new connector.
Business process model connector for SAP Signavio solutions roadmap is complete as of October 2025 and no new feature are planned to be delivered. Support and maintenance follows SAP Solution Manager 7.2 strategy:
Content language support for Vietnamese and Bahasa
SAP Signavio now enables teams in Vietnam and Indonesia to create, view, and share process content in Vietnamese and Bahasa, ensuring correct characters, currencies, and number formats across Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, exports, and reports. This update strengthens content accuracy and regulatory compliance, allowing global teams to collaborate seamlessly in their native languages while meeting local documentation standards. With native-language support, SAP Signavio makes process management more accessible, precise, and globally aligned than ever before.
View decision tables in collaboration hub for improved transparency
SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub users are now able to preview decision tables alongside process content within the Hub, providing a clear view of decision logic without switching tools or views. With this update, your users can access decision tables directly alongside other process content for immediate context and clarity.
This capability enhances collaboration, ensuring team alignment through shared visibility, and improves transparency, allowing stakeholders to review and understand decision-making processes on a centralized platform.
