As part of the SAP Signavio November 2025 Product Release, we’re excited to introduce new SAP Signavio Process Governance capabilities that make it easier for everyone involved in your workflows — from administrators and modelers to end users and process participants — to collaborate and operate more efficiently.

These updates will roll out in two release waves during November and focus on improving visibility, usability, and automation across your daily governance tasks.

Together, these enhancements help you streamline how work gets done — whether you’re managing tasks, modeling workflows, or enabling automation through integrations with tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Jira.

Wave 1 – November 4, 2025

Work more efficiently with all tasks in one view

With the new embedding of workflow tasks into the suite task overview, you can now access all your SAP Signavio Process Governance tasks directly within the suite.

As an administrator or frequent workflow user, you can now access all your SAP Signavio Process Governance tasks directly from the suite task overview. This new micro-frontend integration replaces the previous iFrame setup and delivers a seamless, native experience across the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.

You’ll be able to view, filter, and manage tasks in one unified location — eliminating app switching, improving visibility, and creating a smoother user experience across the suite.

Navigate large task lists more smoothly

The improvement of pagination consistency helps you move through large task lists with greater stability and predictability.

If you handle large numbers of workflow tasks, you’ll notice that moving between pages is now smoother and more predictable. This improvement brings consistent pagination behavior across the SAP Signavio Process Governance interface, giving you a more stable and intuitive navigation experience.

Wave 2 – November 25, 2025

Automate file handling with Microsoft SharePoint

The new workflow action for Microsoft SharePoint – Copy file lets you automate document management between SAP Signavio Process Governance and Microsoft SharePoint.

You can now automate file management between SAP Signavio Process Governance and Microsoft SharePoint. As a modeler or administrator, you can configure a new workflow action that automatically copies files within Microsoft SharePoint — reducing manual steps and ensuring documents are handled securely and consistently.

This enhancement helps you maintain governance compliance, simplify document management, and minimize the chance of manual errors in your workflows.

Streamline collaboration with new Jira workflow actions

Two new capabilities — workflow actions for Jira integration — let you create new Jira issues or add comments to existing ones directly within SAP Signavio Process Governance.

With this enhancement, you can now connect SAP Signavio Process Governance directly with Jira, making it faster and easier to collaborate between business and IT teams.

You can create new Jira issues or add comments to existing ones directly within your workflows — no system switching or scripting required. These guided, no-code actions reduce manual effort, ensure consistent issue handling, and keep all relevant updates visible in one place.

Model with greater precision and visibility

The new zoom functionality in the workflow editor allows you to focus on details or step back to see the full workflow.

As a modeler, you can now zoom in and out directly in the SAP Signavio Process Governance editor. This makes it easier to focus on details when refining a process or step back to see the entire flow in context.

You’ll gain better visibility, smoother navigation, and a faster modeling experience — consistent with the look and feel across other SAP Signavio solutions.

Stay ahead of token failures with automated notifications

With the new email notification for Analytics API token expiration, SAP Signavio Process Governance now automatically alerts administrators before tokens expire — helping prevent workflow disruptions and improving reliability across integrations.

Administrators will receive email reminders 20 days and 2 days before token expiration, containing clear details and renewal instructions. This ensures uninterrupted API access and simplifies compliance management, even when multiple tokens are active across workspaces.

Key benefits include early visibility, reduced support requests, and improved system reliability through proactive maintenance.
