Implications for Greenfield Installations

For new SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition customers, this change ensures a simplified and accelerated setup experience.

With SAP Screen Personas pre-installed:

• Customers gain immediate access to screen personalization and simplification capabilities.

• The installation and configuration process is significantly simplified, reducing both time and effort.

This enhancement underscores SAP’s commitment to delivering a seamless and user-centric onboarding experience for S/4HANA customers.

Impact on Existing Installations

For existing SAP Screen Personas customers, the transition to SAP S/4HANA 2025 is expected to be smooth and non-disruptive.

• If the currently installed SAP Screen Personas add-on version is compatible with SAP S/4HANA 2025, it can be retained and used without modification.

• If the existing version is not compatible, a manual upgrade of the add-on must be completed prior to installing SAP S/4HANA 2025.

Future FPS Upgrades

When a new Feature Pack Stack (FPS) becomes available for SAP S/4HANA 2025, Private Cloud Edition, it will include the latest available Support Package (SP) of SAP Screen Personas at that time.

Support Package Release Strategy or SAP Screen Personas.

There is no change to the existing Support Package (SP) release strategy for SAP Screen Personas.

• SAP will continue to deliver annual Support Package releases , providing regular enhancements and maintenance updates.
• Customers may choose to upgrade to newer Support Packages as they become available.

This continuity ensures customers can plan their upgrades in alignment with their broader S/4HANA lifecycle strategy. Please refer to note 2013453 for more details.
