前回のブログ投稿「SAP S/4HANA Flexible Workflow の概要と設定例」に続き、今回は、SAP S/4HANA での Manage Workflow アプリの一覧を紹介します。

Flexible Workflow の利用を検討する際、どれだけの標準シナリオが提供されているのかを把握したいというニーズがあります。これへの回答方法にはいくつかのアプローチがありますが、個人的なお勧めは、SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library での検索です。この Library を使って、文字列 Manage Workflow で検索することで、どのようなオブジェクトに関して Flexible Workflow が提供済なのかを、実機なしで、簡単に確認することができます。

以下の表は、検索後、Line of Business でグループ化した画面から、コピー&ペーストで、表に整理したものです。

（注）Flexible Workflow は、SAP S/4HANA のリリース、PFSによって適宜機能追加されています。最新状況については、SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library で確認するか、オンラインヘルプの What's New で確認をお願いします。What's New でも、同様に検索枠に Manage Workflow と入力して関連情報にアクセスすることができます。
