I want to share an enhancement in SAP Cloud ALM Integration Monitoring for e-mail notification content in this blog.
In SAP Cloud ALM Integration Monitoring, an Integration architect can define an event configuration and choose e-mail notification as a downstream action.
Once this is configured when the users receive an e-mail notification with the details about messages contributing to this event
Similarly, there are capabilities in the data collection configuration to collect additional data for specific categories like IDocs, Web Service Messages, and PI Messages. Refer to the section "Configure Data Collection for a Service or System > Collect Additional Attributes" at https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-alm/applicationhelp/im-configuring-services
These additional attributes were not included in the email notifications, so users had to navigate to the monitoring application to obtain this information.
With the current enhancements, these additional attributes are also available in the e-mail notifications.
Pre-requisite
1. The ST-PI version of your S/4 HANA needs to be SP29 or higher
2. If the additional attribute is marked as personal data.
These attributes shall not be part of the e-mail notification.
