Prompt your BPMN diagrams with the new text to process feature
Process modeling for an enterprise can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars annually, factoring in the time it takes to collect inputs and create or update hundreds of process models. By leveraging the AI-assisted process modeler capability, this amount can be reduced significantly while giving time back to be then used to customers’ advantage.
The new text to process feature streamlines process modeling, allowing modelers to convert textual descriptions into BPMN diagrams effortlessly. This feature enables users to minimize manual effort and accelerate the creation of process models, freeing up more time for optimization and analysis. This feature is planned for March 2025.
Analyze processes with the new text to widget feature
In November, the AI-assisted process analyzer, text to insights feature (in beta) was released. Now, as part of the same beta program, we are releasing a new feature of the AI-assisted process analyzer, namely the so-called text to widget.
With the text to widget feature of the process analyzer, users can describe their queries using natural language and immediately generate new dashboard widgets (such as value charts and bar charts) that they can add to their workspace for continuous monitoring. All users can visualize data in the most relevant and intuitive way, and regardless of their technical expertise, they can create their own analyses independently. Visual representations make fact-based decisions easier, clearer, and faster, helping teams communicate findings, align efforts, and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.
Discover the Joule integration with SAP Signavio solutions
Another capability announced in November next to the aforementioned 'text to widget' is the integration of the SAP AI co-pilot Joule into SAP Signavio and its availability to select SAP Signavio customers in Germany and the US as part of an Early Adopter Care Program. With the February release, new use cases have been added, meaning that users can now accomplish even more daily tasks in Joule. As an example, we have expanded the 'informational' use cases that Joule can support. The co-pilot can answer questions (e.g., "Joule, tell me how...") by drawing from the help documentation of various SAP Signavio products, minimizing search times for users. In parallel, new navigational (e.g., "tell me where") and transactional use cases (e.g., "do this task") have also been introduced.
