New Support Package 5 for SAP Multichannel Foundation for Public Sector released

On 14th of September 2015, SAP released support package 5 of SAP Multichannel Foundation for Utilities and Public Sector. In addition to the existing Public Sector processes released with SP04, the following have been added:

• Enhanced form processing (draft mode, edit, upload attachment, multiple form instances, rules engine integration (BRFplus), table forms)
• Correspondence inbox
• Agent co-browsing
• Alert management enhancements (direct link to invoice/filing obligation alert)
• Switch between multiple business partners linked to one online account
