That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest offering – SAP CQC GoingLive Support Service for Cloud Integration through the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program - designed specifically to ensure your transition to the Cloud Integration capability of SAP Integration Suite is smooth, secure, and successful.
The SAP CQC GoingLive Support Service for Cloud Integration is designed to monitor the performance and resource consumption of the SAP Cloud Integration tenant during the go-live. Key performance indicators are analyzed to detect critical situations.
In addition, the service can also be used to monitor the execution of critical integration scenarios during and after go-live.
During the service an SAP expert will log onto the tenant to monitor the SAP Cloud Integration tenant and perform an analysis of integration scenarios using key performance indicators for the first days of the go-live.
After investigation the expert will provide relevant recommendations to ensure system and business stability for continued operations. Following the service, detailed recommendations are provided in a remote service report.
