Navigating SAP Security and Cloud Compliance Topics

SAP offers customers several options to find resources and information on security and cloud compliance topics within our solution suite. This blog will walk you through some of the options, including:

  • the SAP Trust Center,
  • SAP for Me,
  • the My Trust Center, and also
  • how to navigate within the SAP Community

Our aim is to help our customers find the information they need with ease.

SAP Trust Center (Public Facing)

The SAP Trust Center helps customers understand the framework behind Security, Privacy, and Compliance with SAP. From here customers can also learn how to report security issues or discover SAP’s security products and services, access agreements, have visibility into cloud availability, and more.

On the compliance side, the SAP Trust Center highlights SAP’s routine audits and certification documentation including: ISO/IEC, SOC, bridge letters, and industry-specific standards like TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange). For customers and stakeholders who want to know how SAP demonstrates security, trust, and transparency practices, we invite you to visit the SAP Trust Center.

SAP for Me - (SAP valid S-user ID)

SAP for Me is designed to provide SAP customers on-demand access to cloud compliance documents such as certifications, attestations, and SOC reports. Eligible users with a customer account can employ filters, like Offering Type, Compliance Entity, Assessment Period or Region/Country to identify required resources. As part of the Portfolio and Products section of SAP for Me, this tool serves as the go-to destination for downloading compliance documents quickly and securely for authorized users.

Beyond compliance, SAP for Me also acts as a digital companion, consolidating alerts, metrics, and delivering insights about your SAP product portfolio in one central place. SAP for Me is a time saver in today’s fast paced environment.

My Trust Center (SAP valid S-user ID)

Within the SAP Trust Center, the My Trust Center amplifies the experience for SAP customers and partners by offering authenticated access to customer-facing resources and enablement materials. The My Trust Center offers customers the ability to subscribe to specific resources, so subscribers are notified by e-mail whenever relevant content is updated. This feature saves you from having to check back for new versions.

Customers can access information about SAP’s subprocessors and data fact sheets, as well as explore regulatory requirements across different regions. It also includes policies, frameworks, and support schedules that help you align your governance frameworks with SAP’s standards. These resources are intended to support customers with regulatory obligations within their organization.

SAP Community (Public Facing)

Of course, compliance is not just about official documents, it is also about the shared knowledge and experiences that help customers put best practices into action. The SAP Community has 1.4 million members and it is one of the best places for collaboration across products, industries, and regions. The SAP Community knowledge base serves as a growing library of documents and resources that offer insights, related links, and contributions from SAP experts and customers.

Alongside the SAP Community knowledge base, users can access the Security and Compliance interest group to catch up with blogs and discussion posts that offer real-world perspectives on cyber resilience, AI, regulatory changes, and more. The SAP Community gives users the ability to search for answers, leave comments or ask experts questions, and even contribute thoughts or best practices. Overall, the SAP Community is a great place to not only find information but also learn from others who have experienced similar challenges and successes as your own.

SAP User Groups (Public Facing)

Another valuable channel for customers and users to expand their knowledge and exchange experiences is through SAP User Groups. These independent not-for-profit groups offer opportunities for networking, collaboration, and learning among peers. On a global scale, user groups host webcasts, local events, and special interest sessions that encourage dialogue and hands-on learning. Whether engaging at a regional level or connecting across international networks, SAP User Groups allow customers direct access to practical experiences and shared expertise that complement SAP’s own platforms and resources.

Conclusion

Whether a customer is searching for official certifications, a transparent view of SAP’s best practices, tailored compliance reports, or community driven knowledge, SAP provides accessible tools to support every step of your engagement journey.
