Thanks to the innitiative of SAP Colombia colleagues Ivan Barreto and Raúl Luces it has been organized the First Executive Value Network de Agua y Alcantarillado for Latinamerica. It has been a privilege to join and take part of the vibrant discussions triggered by the cases of Acueducto Metropolitano De Bucaramanga (AMB) , FARYS, BRK Ambiental and Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM)
Event took place at the Metropolitan Aqueduct of Bucaramanga (AMB) facility of Parque del Agua where AMB shared a keynote presentation explaining their ambitious growth strategy while prioritizing the reach of the water supply for the most vulnerable areas and keeping the water in quality levels challenged by mines and other chemical polutants.
Fluent discussions took place arround the presentations of FARYS Smart Water Platform by Inge Opreel , BRK Ambiental case of S/4HANA implementation by Augusto Cruz and Vander Dias, EPM Plataforma Digital para Innovación by Yohan Gisao and the introduction to AMB technical roadmap by Hernán Clavijo. All these slots have been a great inspiration and were complemented by the contributions of our partners and sponsors Softek and Wireless and Mobile.
Passionate discussions were complemeted by a visit to Bucaramanga water reservoir and a new water treatement plant now being commissioned. Thanks to these activites, ateendees had the experience of joining an executive community that extends beyond the conference, gaining knowledge from peers and other companies, partners and vendors..
