In SAP products like SAP Cloud Connector and other SAP Cloud solutions, S-users and their passwords are stored in various destinations by our customers.
It's crucial to remember that any password change must be updated in all these destinations to maintain seamless operations and avoid locking of S-users.
While you can request SAP to unlock S-users without issue, by creating a case on SAP for Me component XX-SER-FORME, this does not resolve problems caused by outdated passwords in destinations on long-term. Failure to update passwords can lead to repeated lockouts. SAP does not provide a tool to identify where S-users are blocked due to incorrect login data and that makes it tricky.
