SAP Master Data Governance is a state-of-the-art master data management application. Data Quality Management in MDG enables you to define master data quality rules, striving for consistent usage across all points of entry and enabling data quality monitoring and remediation.
On release SAP S/4HANA 2023FSP2 and Cloud 2408, SAP Master Data Governance has delivered data quality analytics 2.0, which enables end users, from Chief Data Officer to master data specialist, a real time quality abstract, and the data quality drill down further by important segment e.g., rule attribute and important business partner/customer/suppliers/products attributes and organization unit for example Country, Plant, Sales Organization, Company Codes etc..

Data Quality Analytics 2.0 provides Quality Score on dimensions for example, master data attribute, organization unit etc., used in the dashboard. It gives you a clear comparison between organization units for example plant, company code etc., on same data quality standard. Each Plant, Sales Org, Region owner have clear picture of their own data quality status and ranking among all organizations. From there, they are motivated to identify a problem, dig root cause, and finally put it into action to improve data quality. From aggregated data quality score, it is also possible to drill-down into each erroneous master data to trigger data remediation process.

All these analytics CDS views support custom fields extensibility on business partner, customer, suppliers, and products master data.
In S/4, end user can open view data of analytics CDS in graphic or reporting UI using Query Browser app. Key user can also configure smart business apps for multiple end users using Manage KPI and Report app.

Each analytics query CDS view provides a measure Quality Score, which is calculated dynamically for your selection dimension attribute.
The Quality Score give you clear comparison between organization units e.g., plant, company code on same data quality standard. Each Country, Plant, Sales Org, Region owner have clear picture of their own data quality status and ranking among all organizations.

The 2 dashboards provide a deep quality analytics for business partner(including customer and supplier) and product master data which can quickly identify the root cause of quality problem and continuously monitoring data health to safeguard customer core business.
