As part of the ongoing improvements, the Document and Reporting Compliance Framework team has added an additional column in the eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) that displays the user who created the source document of an electronic document.
Note that the existing field Created By displays the user who created the electronic document, which may or may not be the same user who created the source document.
You can look for all the source documents created by a specific user, as follows:
Note that for existing electronic documents, the Source Document Created By field isn't filled retroactively, that is, it remains empty.
How do you enable this column?
The Source Document Created By column is available with Document Compliance Framework 29. For more details, see the SAP Note 3073871 - Document Compliance Framework (29).

- Choose Change in the eDocument Cockpit:
- Choose one or more Selections:
- Enter the user of the source document's creator under Source Document Created By and choose Execute:
